So you are looking for a photographer?! What a coincidence! Capturing real, candid and authentic moments is what we do best! We are happy that you are here, so let's get on with the introductions! We are Michelle and Dan - husband and wife photography team at your service! Fair warning- we like to laughβ¦like a lot with our clients. From the very first photo of your wedding day, to the last one on the dance floor, we will keep the energy high and ensure the day stays organized and on track.
London On is home for us; where we live with our two daughters, and two fur babies. We recently just celebrated 10 years of marriage (yeah us!) We have been photographing weddings for the last decade and are just as passionate about what we do today, as the day we began this journey. Through the Looking Glass Photography was founded in 2011 and was born out of our desire to be creative, imaginative and adventurous with our art. We love meeting new people and pushing our artistic boundaries to bring your vision forward.
No one couple or wedding is ever the same and we strive to get to know our clients, so we can tell your unique story through timeless and beautiful imagery. The biggest compliment for us, is when our clients return for anniversary shoots, maternity, family sessions etc. Itβs such a privilege to be a part of your milestones, and we thank you for allowing us to capture these precious memories for you. I am the creative director and lead photographer at TLG. My passion for photography started as a young girl, with an old point and shoot (yes, I’m that old). I remember the excitement of getting the film developed and seeing the treasures that I had captured. Fast forward many years (we don’t need to name how many), and I’m now a grown up gal with many fancy cameras and gadgets, living out my dream.
I start each day with coffee and gratitude. I feel so incredibly blessed to be where I am in my personal life and career. I’m just an English lit nerd who fell in love with a music nerd and we have created an amazing life together. Photography is such an integral part of that life and truly feeds my soul.
Photographing weddings is without a doubt, the most rewarding type of photography there is for me.Β I thoroughly enjoy navigating through the creative process, trying to use the light to get the best possible images for my clients.Β I love being part of the the happiness of the big day.
